This cabin is centrally located in the middle of Arizona's "Vacation land" including Munds Park, Sedona, AZ Wine Country (Cornville), Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Jerome, Camp Verde (Montezuma's Castle & Well), Cottonwood (Tuzigoot). Short drive to Flagstaff Extreme for amazing zip line adventure courses.
As our reviews suggest, you will not find a nicer 5 Star cabin in Arizona's Vacation Land ......with ALL of the extra's! Treat your group and/or family to a luxury cabin escape featuring a huge A-frame great room with 3 stories of windows and open concept kitchen. Great room includes kitchen, breakfast nook, brand new 8 ft slate pool table, family room, corner fireplace with lots of seating options. Large wrap around deck with all new outdoor furniture and a new 36in Blackstone griddle. The huge wrap around deck has views of Lake Odell high up in the ponderosa pines on the side of a mountain. In the garage, (which you have full access) there is a brand new ping pong table and brand new washer & dryer.
Do you like water sports? This cabin comes with 4 brand new kayaks and 2 new paddle boards for use on Odell Lake including:
2 - new pro fishing / angler kayaks with comfortable pro seats
2 - new pro sport kayaks with comfotsble pro seats
2 - new paddle boards
3 - new kids kayaks (rated for up to 130lbs)
After a long day outside enjoying the outdoors, you can relax and watch your favorite Sports team or a movie on the new 65in 4k UHD TV in the main A-Frame above the fireplace with Direct TV, Netflix, Roku, etc or sit outside overlooking the pine forest and Odell Lake.
Description of 4 Bedrooms and Beds:
This property typically sleeps 10 people very comfortably (2 per bed) with 12 max with special circumstances). All the furniture in the whole cabin is brand new!!!
New beds are brand new platform beds with new luxury foam mattresses. There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have their own brand new 4K UHD TV with Direct TV. Free high speed wireless internet. All Bedrooms have cell phone charging stations (just set your phone on it and charge it), USB port and electrical outlets.

**NOTE** This is a mountain home and thus it has a fairly steep paved driveway ...SEE Pictures of front (for traction during snow season). There is room for 3 cars at the top of the driveway and 3 cars in a carve out section off the main road on our land. Advise that a seasoned driver should drive up and down the drive way There is also ample parking at the bottom of the property on the street if need be.
**Recommended** An all wheel drive or 4x4 wheel drive vehicle is recommended "during winter months when there is snow".
***Stairs*** Their are many stairs on this property as it is a 3 story cabin and located on the mountain. Though there is access to the lower master suite through the garage without stairs if needed.

"This MANSION tucked in the mountains of Arizona is simply unbelievable!!!! From the amenities they provide, to the the surroundings - it was beyond ideal and exceeded (Scratch that!) it shattered all of our expectations!!! It had everything and then some - Lake is a block away loaded with Cat Fish (4 Kayaks were provided and were awesome - they provided 2 paddleboards as well - they even provided fishing poles and all the tackle you could ever need)! Hiking trails are less than a block away with phenomenal views the whole way!! Mountain bikes were also provided and are top of the line!! "We chose this property for an all guys weekend there was 9 total that made it up . This property is gorgeous and if you look at the pics you will see it speaks for itself. The amenities and amount of gear provided with this rental is second to none. These amazing Hosts have really invited you in to , not only enjoy thier home , but all thier toys as well. The driveway and stairs are very steep so if you have mobility issues keep that in mind. The lake is a very short distance away but also on a very inclined road. So being is shape, wich we are not , would have been good 🤣 Lets talk thow about the Hosts. Amazing communication from the get go. Even offering personal cell numbers for text communication. Every time we asked a question ...we had an answer within minutes. When we asked if they had something we needed , and it turned out they didnt have any at the house .. the hosts called around and found what we were looking for and relayed the info to us . We have been staying at vrbo rentals for over 10 years and this was one of the best experiences all around . Rent this place you wont be dissapointed ! These Hosts are Top of the game!" -Joshua M. I just can’t say enough about what a wonderful home this is… To start with, the home is beautiful nestled in the woods with arching windows looking out on the lake. There is a beautiful wraparound deck with a grill, cooler, fire pit table, deck chairs, etc. Our extended family of nine adults and teenagers were very comfortable in the four bedrooms - it isn’t easy for a single home to comfortably accommodate so many but this was perfect.
What really made this home so special was the attention to all of the details: charging stations throughout the house, a well-stocked kitchen with everything you could need, including a pool table, ping pong, all kinds of board games and a karaoke machine, paddle boards, kayaks, mountain bikes, etc.
Overall, the home is extremely well cared for and we couldn’t have felt more welcome. -Dave K. (March 2022)
