CABIN AMENITIES & INSTRUCTIONS

OUTDOOR FURNITURE
**Take Pictures** before you take off outdoor furniture covers (so you know how to put them back on when you check out), please store covers in outdoor storage box behind L couch ....so they don't blow away.
Then, please put back all covers on all outdoor furniture before you check out or before it rains, etc.
**Also, if you put up an umbrella, please remember to take it down when unattended, gusts of wind come with living in the tree tops.
PROPANE There are 2-3 new propane tanks on the deck in the storage container behind the sectional, in case the heat lamps, griddle or fire pit dining table run out of propane.
**NO OUTDOOR WOOD BURNING FIRES ARE ALLOWED IN MUNDS PARK**
MAIN THERMOSTAT (heating / cooling) Main Thermostat for Cabin Heating / Cooling (central air conditioning or heat) is in hallway right next to kitchen. You can adjust it there to your preferred temp.
2 FIREPLACES
The 2 fire places in the Cabin which both run on propane (pilot light flame is already on).
**The master bedroom fireplace is controlled by the on/off button just behind the fireplace (please don't touch the thermostat next to the master bedroom fireplace).
The main floor fireplace is controlled by the thermostat. (Don't open the control panel under the fireplace) use the thermostat next to the main floor fireplace (propane can move slow to this fireplace, move the thermostat all the way to the right in the on position and leave for a few minutes until fire turns on. If this down't work you can try to turn in on/off, on/off and then back on and this might help as well)
Please turn these both off when nobody is home.
POOL TABLE Pool cues, racks, chalk, etc are hidden inside the long storage benches. Please put the pool table cover back on before you leave. The pool table has a full table insert to use if you want to use it as a dining table (seats 12 people). The inserts are located in the main floor A-frame in the bedroom closet with 2 Queen beds. Please return after use and put pool table cover back on.
KAYAKS / PADDLEBOARDS If you’re going to take the kayaks or paddle boards out you have 2 options: 1) use 2 bungee cords to attach them to the special kayak wheel carts or ... 2) put them in a pickup truck / SUV to get them down to the lake.
OUTDOOR CHAIRS There are also outdoor chairs that can be taken to the lake including: 10 adult chairs, 4 children chairs 1 high chair 1 foldable table. Carry them on your shoulder or drive them down in a car. The wheeled carts in the garage can be strenuous going up the hills.
There are also fishing gear and poles, portable ice chest, lake towels, blue travel canopy, bikes, and other outdoor games for your use.
TRASH Please bag up and take all trash down to the 3 trash bins at the bottom of the driveway as needed. **Trash Pickup is every MONDAY MORNING**
Extra parking is at the bottom of the property in the cut out by the trash cans. You can move the trash cans to make more room. Just be sure to put them back 3 feet apart when you check out (or on Mondays if you are there on a Monday as that is trash day)
