CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

 

1)  TIME
11:00 AM

 

2)COVERS 

Please place all outdoor covers back onto the outdoor furniture and inside on the pool table

 

3)  THERMOSTATS  (there are 3 of them)
Turn the main house (by kitchen hallway) A/C off.
And just in case make sure both fireplace thermostats are at 0 and pushed to far left (off) position.

 

4) LOCK ALL DOORS & WINDOWS

Close all Doors (including security screen doors) and and lock them.

Close all Windows (including security screen doors) and and lock them.

Make sure everything is locked especially all windows in bedrooms. 

 

5)  TOWELS & BED SHEETS

If you would be so kind and put any "used" towels and bed sheets (including pillow cases) on the Ping Pong table in the Garage nearest the washer / dryer when you leave. Remove Duvet Covers "ONLY", not the interior comforters themselves from bedrooms

 

6)  KEYS
Return 1 Silver Entry Key to the Lock Box outside the front door.
