Booking direct saves on fees (approximately $500 savings on a 3 night min stay)
Cost is still $499 per night, $250 cleaning fee, plus $100 insurance fee.
Process is sign rental agreement and pay half at time of reservation, the other half 30 days before the check-in date.
We will email the short-term rental agreement for signature
30 day cancellation policy. (Cancel 30 days before your checkin day and get 100 percent refund, less the $100 insurance fee)
